The term "CoupledTogether" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the CoupledTogether website (Katero Technologies) whose registered office is in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Under no circumstances will Katero Technologies be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted or otherwise made available via CoupledTogether.com.
• Attempting to or successfully accessing other user accounts (e.g. hacking) is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to refuse your membership if evidence of attempts to access other accounts (whether successful or not) are suspected

Requesting Account Cancellation

• Upon receiving an account cancellation request from a Cancellation Requester, CoupledTogether.com will use the most recent information previously provided to attempt to contact the corresponding partner of the Cancellation Requester and inform them of the cancellation request. The account will then be cancelled 30 days later. CoupledTogether.com has no way to guarantee that the Cancellation Requester's partner received the message.

Paid Service

• CoupledTogether.com may be made available in free or paid versions and/or in different service levels. Not all of the features and functionality of the site may be available in each version or service level. The features and functionality of each version or service level may be changed from time to time at Katero Technologies' discretion.

Privacy

• We don't share personal information with other companies or individuals outside of Katero Techonologies, unless we have your consent.

Information security

• We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.
• We also restrict access to personal information to employees, contractors, and agents who need access to the information in order to process it on our behalf. These people are required to keep this information private and confidential.
