Real Life Couple – Maya and Jon

Maya and Jon had one class together in college. Although they both had significant others, they still developed a bit of a crush on each other. They didn’t see each other again for a number of years, but when they did meet again their college-crush developed into true love.

Jon’s career then brought him from LA to Northern California so Maya and Jon had a long distance relationship for three years.  There were a lot of long distance phone calls and weekend trips!  Eventually Maya joined Jonathan in Northern California. They were married on May 1st, 2009.  See… told you long distance relationships can work!
